Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the tracked delivery time.
You must include photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Your order number is required so we can verify delivery.
The guarantee covers live arrival, not normal cosmetic shipping stress (e.g., a yellowed leaf or a blackened trap).
